South African Customers:
In the event that you are unhappy with your yarn selection, please contact us within two weeks of receiving your purchase; and your purchase will be exchanged for store credit. The purchase price is the listed price, and excludes delivery/shipping costs. Store credit will only be allocated once the skeins have been received and inspected.
Please note the following:
- Products that are returned may not be unskeined/unwound in any way; may not be damaged in any way; and must be properly protected from exposure, dirt, etc.
- Products that are returned are done so at the cost of the customer unless the error was by DYE HOUSE YARNS .
- Products must be returned using registered mail or a suitable, trackable courier service.
- Sale goods or custom orders are not returnable.
International Customers:
Regrettably DYE HOUSE YARNS cannot accept responsibility for items/packages that are damaged or lost in transit/during shipping. DYE HOUSE YARNS does not offer exchanges/returns on international orders.
